USE INSTRUCTION
Before first use, remove the packing and stickers from the unit and clean the cooking plate with a wet cloth, and
wipe carefully.
Connect the appliance to the socket, the power on indicator light (1) and the temperature indicator light (2) lights
up. Select the desired temperature by turning the knob, the temperature indicator light (2) will switch off till the
cooking plate reach the selected temperature.
When cooking crepes, preheat the cooking plate, set the temperature then pour a small quantity of batter in the
middle of the cooking plate.
Spread the batter quickly in a circular motion using the wooden rack (6) until the desired diameter crepes. Leave
the crepe cook till the batter will look solid than it can be moved more easily on the cooking plate. Place a spatula
under the crepe and return it to cook on the other side. Cook until the crepe is lightly golden.
Remove the crepe from the cooking plate with the spatula. If the crepe is too cooked, set a lower temperature
before making crepes again. When cooking is complete, turn off the appliance by turning the knob (4) on “OFF”
position. Disconnect from the socket. Leave the appliance cool down, and clean before storing.
CLEANING AND CARE
Always clean the appliance after use. Make sure the unit is disconnected from the socket.
Wait until the unit is completely cool down.
Clean the cooking plate with a wet cloth.
If food residue on the cooking plate, use this method: put some oil on it. Leave it for about 5 minutes, and remove
with a wet soft, and wipe carefully. Wipe the appliance before storing it.
HOW TO KEEP IT LONGER
Roll the cord under the unit base, and stand the appliance on its base. Do not put objects on the appliance.
