Attention!
– Place the knife (5) with the cutting side facing the grate. If the knife is installed incorrectly, it will
not perform the chopping function.
Place the food tray (7) on the mouth of the meat grinder attachment (1).
Plug the power cord into the wall outlet.
Turn the grinder on by setting the switch (12) to the «ON» position.
Use only the push rod (7) during operation (Fig. 8).
Note:
– To improve the meat processing process, cut it into strips or cubes. Frozen meat must be
completely thawed.
– Use the pusher (7) included in the set during operation; do not use any objects to push the meat
through, and do not push the meat through with your hands.
As soon as you finish working, turn off the meat grinder by setting the switch (12) to the «0»
position and disconnect it from the mains, and only then start disassembling it.
To remove the Mincer attachment (1), press the lock button, turn the Mincer attachment (1)
clockwise and remove it.
To disassemble the mincer attachment, unscrew the nut (4) and remove the installed grate,
cross-shaped knife (5) and screw (2) from the Mincer attachment body.
After the operation is complete, turn off the meat grinder by setting the switch (12) to the «0»
position and remove the plug from the power outlet.
Press the lock button (9), turn the grinder head clockwise and remove it.
Unscrew the nut (4) and remove the grate (3) and the cross-shaped knife (9) from the screw (2).
Remove the screw (2) from the sander head (1).
Remove food residues from the screw (2). Wash all the accessories of the meat grinder in warm
water with a neutral detergent, rinse them and dry them thoroughly before assembling.
Wipe the meat grinder body (11) with a damp cloth, then wipe it dry.
CARE FOR A MEAT GRINDER
When the operation is complete, turn off the meat grinder by setting the switch (14) to the «0»
position and remove the plug from the power outlet.
Press the lock button, turn the grinder attachment clockwise and remove it.
Remove the nut (4) and remove the grate (3), the cross-shaped knife (5) with the screw (2).
Remove the screw (2) from the sander console (1).
Remove the remaining food from the screw (2). Wash all the accessories of the meat grinder in
warm water with a neutral detergent, wash them and dry them thoroughly before assembling.
Wipe the meat grinder body (11) with a damp cloth, then wipe it dry.
Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the meat grinder body.
Do not allow liquid to enter the meat grinder body.
Before storing the dried accessories, grease the grate (3) and the cross-shaped knife (5) with
vegetable oil to protect them from oxidation.
Before storing the meat grinder, make sure that the meat grinder body and all removable parts
are clean and dry.
Keep the device out of the reach of children and people with disabilities.
