BASIC PRINCIPLES OF WORKING WITH A MEAT GRINDER
The meat grinder is designed for processing meat without bones only at home.
Assemble the device and place it on a flat, dry surface.
Make sure that the air vents on the housing are not blocked.
Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.
Place suitable dishes under the grinder head.
Make sure that the meat is completely thawed, remove excess fat and bones, and cut the meat
into cubes or strips so that they pass freely into the opening of the tray.
Turn the device on by setting the switch to the «ON» position.
Slowly push the meat into the mouth of the meat grinder head using the pusher. During
operation, use the push rod that is included in the delivery.
It is forbidden to use any objects to push the meat, in any case do not push the meat with your
hands.
Do not use excessive force to push through meat or other products.
During chopping meat can form a deadlock, to resolve the resulting deadlock should use the
reverse rotation of the screw. To switch to
reverse screw rotation mode turns off the grinder by setting the switch to the "0" position, then
press and hold the switch to the «R» position.
The continuous operation time of the product processing device must not exceed 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes of continuous operation, turn off the device and allow it to cool for 15-20
minutes, after which you can continue working.
As soon as you finish working, turn off the meat grinder by setting the switch to the «0»
position, disconnect the meat grinder from the power supply, and only then start disassembling
it.
ATTENTION!
This model of meat grinder has a button for protection of turning
on the reverse. It is located at the bottom of the back of the meat grinder. To
enable "Reverse" (button 15), unlock the reverse function by moving the lock
button to the «R» position. Otherwise, the reverse will not work.
PREPARING THE MEAT GRINDER FOR OPERATION
After transporting or storing the device at a reduced temperature, it must be kept at room
temperature for at least three hours.
Remove the meat grinder and remove all packaging materials, wipe the case with a damp cloth,
then wipe it dry.
Wash all removable parts with warm water and neutral detergent, rinse and dry thoroughly
before Assembly.
Before switching on for the first time, make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to the
operating voltage of the device.
OPERATING PROCEDURE
Assembly
1. Turn the head lock screw located on the meat grinder body counterclockwise. Insert the set-top
box as far as it will go and secure it by turning the screw clockwise.
2. Insert the long-end screw into the attachment and turn it until it fits into place.
3. Put the knife on the auger, then insert one of the grates so that its protrusions enter the grooves
on the body of the meat grinder unit, and the cutting edges of the knife were tightly pressed to the
plane of the grate.
