2.4 Electrostatic Discharge Requirements
The subject product must withstand 8KV for contact and 15KV for air discharge of electrostatic
discharge and meet the acceptance criteria as specified in BenQ ESD specification.

2. Contact discharge to set surface and

Criteria inspection :
Above test items no abnormity appear.
Test condition :
1. The products should meet the Engineering
Spec. (Refer to IE C801-2 & IEC61000-4-2)
2. Test timing : Prime mode ( Max. resolution
and refresh rate)
3. Test Pattern: Reversed cross hatch pattern
4. Air discharge at insulating surfaces
5. Contact discharge to the conductive surfaces
and to coupling planes.
6. Coupling effect
Criteria inspection :
Above test items no abnormity appear.
