Smart Stick not responding
If Smart Stick does not respond to any of your operations or its audio/video fails, please
disconnect the power supply for few seconds and reconnect.
Screen lagging, frozen, or distorted
• Close the apps that are not in use. To do so, press
on the IR remote controller, and close
the apps not in use.
• Press and hold
on the remote controller for 3 seconds to free up the internal storage
space.
• Make sure whether Smart Stick’s WLAN signal reception is OK, WLAN is not interfered by
other appliance, or wireless bandwidth is hogged by other devices.
• If not the problem with WLAN bandwidth or reception, it may be the problem of insufficient
Internet bandwidth. It is recommended to apply at least 8 Mbps subscribed bandwidth to keep
screen easy and smooth especially for watching online high definition videos.
• Check whether any app update is in progress. Wait until the update is complete. You can
check the status by swiping down the notification bar from the upper part of the screen.
