Installation of the unit
Attention!
The inverter should be free of voltage before installation. Neither
the commercial AC bypass nor the DC supply should be
connected and must be disconnected if they were connected.
The inverter may be mounted in two different manners.
Mounting in a 19
″
-rack
Insert the inverter into the rack. Screw the front panel to the relay rack with (4)
mounting screws based on the design and mounting screw requirements of the
relay rack. Nominal range of tightening torque: (4, 5 – 6) Nm
Optional-Wall mounting
Fasten the inverter to the optional wall mounting brackets with the four (included)
screws and rubber washers. The wall mounting brackets can then be secured to the
wall. Check that the wall is firm and level. When the inverter is mounted to a wall
of concrete, wood, or other material, wall inserts may be required. # 12 or larger
screws/inserts designed to support an overall mounted load of 13.5 lbs (6.2 kg) are
recommended. Spacing of the inserts or wall mounting screws may be determined
from Appendix A, Figure 5.
Attention!
The inverter mounting position must comply with the orientation
shown in the picture to insure proper operation and ventilation.
