10.6.3 COMPLETION
On completion of the combustion analysis check
and/or any gas valve adjustment, set the HTG
trimmer to the corresponding value as detailed in
the fan speed table. Refit the 3-selector knobs and
move the mode selector to the OFF position.
Remove the test probe from the test point and refit.
IMPORTANT
A GAS SOUNDNESS CHECK MUST BE CAR-
RIED OUT IF ANY GAS CARRYING COMPO-
NENTS HAVE BEEN REMOVED, REPLACED,
OR DISTURBED.

APPLIANCE FAN SPEEDS
The appliance fan speeds require to be checked
and/or adjusted prior to making any adjustments
to the gas valve or if the main PCB has been
replaced.
ATTENTION
Gas type and appliance fan speed (output)
must
be set
according to the specific appliance speci-
fication. The manufacturer accepts no
responsibility if the gas type and/or fan speed is
not correctly adjusted according to the respective
appliance specification as detailed on the
appliance data badge.
10.7.1 CHECKING/ADJUSTING THE APPLIANCE FAN
SPEEDS
Move the selector switch to the OFF position and
remove the 3-selector knobs.
10.7.2 ABSOLUTE MAX FAN SPEED
Locate the MAX trimmer (fig. 36) and gently adjust
clockwise or counter clockwise to achieve the
correct fan speed (see table above).
NOTE
: the display shows the fan RPM in multiples
of 1000, i.e. 2.5 = 2500RPM.
10.7.3 ABSOLUTE MIN FAN SPEED
Locate the MIN trimmer (fig. 36) and gently adjust
clockwise or counter clockwise to achieve the
correct fan speed (see table above).

Locate the IGN trimmer (fig. 36) and gently adjust
clockwise or counter clockwise to achieve the
correct fan speed (see table above).
