About the BE9159/BE9161 Neck loop
Intended purpose
The intended purpose of this device is to connect hear-
ing aids that are equipped with Telecoil to a personal
amplifier or listening system. It can also be used to con-
nect hearing aids to smart devices, TVs, radios or other
sound sources that features a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
Principle of operation
The neck loop changes the incoming sound signal to
a magnetic signal which is then transmitted wirelessly
through the wire loop to the hearing aids.
Intended user group
The intended user group consists of people of all
ages with mild to severe hearing loss that need audio
amplification.
