Those who use Bell Tents for commercial use should seek
the correct insurance and legal advice. Bell Tent Village
trading as Lux & Lav LTD cannot be held liable for any
damages caused by the use of our products. This
limitation of liability will include persons, premises, land,
furniture and furnishings of businesses, corporations and
individuals who choose to use our Bell Tent in a
commercial environment or setting. Parties must
undertake the correct risk assessments and safety
procedures. A bell Tent is not a permanent structure and
should not be left unattended for long periods. Our
products should only be used with the correct risk
assessments and insurances.
Our Fire Retardant tents are treated with non-harmful
chemicals. However, such chemicals may cause allergic
reactions. Users handling our tents should always wash
their hands after each handling. Children and adults
should not put the fabric into contact with the mouth,
eyes or open wounds.
Only adults should erect Bell Tents.
This product is not a toy.
This product is only for recreational activities.
For best use and increased longevity, your Bell Tent
should not be left up through the winter if not in use.

Always keep a sharp blade, knife or pocket pen in case of
emergency exiting of the tent. Persons inside can use the
knife to cut the fabric as an alternative escape route in an
emergency.
