What this warranty covers.
Belkin International, Inc. (“Belkin”) warrants to the original purchaser of
this Belkin product that the product shall be free of defects in design,
assembly, material, or workmanship.
What the period of coverage is.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMERS:
In addition to purchasers’ other rights and remedies under law, this product
comes with a warranty against defects which is given by Belkin Limited,
Unit E, 2 Reliance Drive, Tuggerah Business Park, Tuggerah NSW 2259.

This warranty covers defects that appear during the period stated on the
packaging or in documentation provided with this product. To make a
claim under the warranty, the purchaser should contact or visit their place
of purchase, contact Belkin on the toll-free number above or see the claim
procedure provided with this product for instructions on where to send the
product.
The purchaser is responsible for all associated transport, shipping and
product inspection costs. In addition to any warranty we give, our goods come
with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer
Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for
compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are
also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of
acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
