When more than one call is on hold, pressing
the < UnHold > key displays a list of held
calls.
•
Use the
↑ ↑↓ ↓
keys to toggle between the
held calls
• With the cursor alongside the call to
be accessed, press the <
Select
> key
to speak to that caller.
• Place existing call on hold
• Make a second call, e.g. an internal
call to extension 18
Once connected, this call can also be put into
hold by pressing the
HOLD
key.
Internal dial tone is heard and the display
shows that there are two calls on hold.

O TOGGLE BETWEEN HELD CALLS

• Press the
HOLD
key to return
to the first call held
• To replace the first call in hold
and return to the second call,
press the
HOLD
key twice. This
operation can be repeated to
toggle between the calls
