Notes: 

This transceiver is designed for a 13.8 V power source. Never use a 24 V battery to power the transceiver. 

Before installed the device, please check the correct polarity and the voltage of the battery. Pay attention to 

connect and cut off the battery as following:

 

 

using specified transceiver power cable to connect battery terminals; red connects to the positive (+) terminal 

and black connects to the negative (-) terminal

  when connecting will be carefully to prevent the risk of 

short circuits. 

 

Confirm the correct and security of the connections, then turn on the power to operation. 

 

Do not remove the fuse holders from the cable, otherwise the incorrect connection may lead to the device get 

smoke. 

 

Microphone Installation 

Open the accessory jack cover, then align the arrows with the left of panel and plug, press 

firmly on the plug until the locking tab clicks. To pull microphone away from transceiver, pull the 

head of microphone latch out. 

 

 

 

Fixed Station Installation 

In order to use this transceiver for fixed station operation, you will need a separate 13.8 V DC 

power supply (not included). The recommended current capacity of your power supply is 15 A or 

more. 

The power supply and fixed station can place in work table; also you can install it on wall by 

suitable bracket.
