Installing the iTX Playout Appliance 2 Chassis in a Rack
Included in the shipping package is a rack mounting kit, which contains the rail assemblies
and screws required to mount the iTX Playout Appliance 2 chassis in an equipment rack.
The rails provided are designed to fit in racks with a depth of 26
” to 33.5

• iTX Playout Appliance 2 units are intended to be installed in restricted locations by
qualified personnel.
• Due to the heavy weight of the unit, the rack in which the iTX Playout Appliance 2
will be installed should be anchored to the building’s structure.
