10. MAINTENANCE
The electric pump does not need any special maintenance operation if used according to manufacturer’s instructions. To prevent any
failure of the unit it is recommended to check the given pressure as well as the power consumption. As a matter of fact, less pressure
often means that the hydraulic parts of the pump are worn. Considering that bigger power consumption means that there are me-
chanical frictions inside the motor and inside the pump. The electric pump unit must be serviced and repaired by specialized personnel.
If required, it is allowed only the use of original spare parts.
ANY UNEXPECTED MODIFICATIONS AND PRODUCT TAMPERING ARE NOT ALLOWED.
WHEN NECESSARY ALWAYS CONTACT THE RETAILER ZONE.

THE PUMP DOES NOT DELIVER
WATER ANY MORE
The water bed level has gone down.
The pump cannot operate in dry conditions. Waiting for getting back to the 0 level and
lower the pump if possible.
The suction screen is clogged.
Take the unit out and clean the suction
screen.
The pump is covered with sand. idem.
INSUFFICIENT DELIVERY AND
PRESSURE
The suction screen is clogged. idem.
The pump is covered with sand.

The three-phase electric pump is running
in the wrong way.
Check the connection.
There are installation system losses. Find out the losses and repair.
The pump is worn.
Take the pump out and it must
be checked by specialized personnel.

(the pump capacity is too high).
Reduce the use of water.
Application with surge tank:
- The pressure sensor has not been
correctly calibrated.
- The surge tank capacity is insufficient.
Set the calibration.
Replace the tank by a bigger one.
THE MOTOR CONSUMES
TOO MUCH POWER
The pump is covered with sand.
There are mechanical frictions.
Take the pump out and repair it.
