Pneumatic Connections: Air Panel to Cylinders
11)
Locate the two 3’ sections of 1/4" black airline and the two 3’ pieces of 1/4" gray airline that
were provided with the DuoScrubbers®.
12) On each of the DuoScrubbers®,
connect the 3’ black airline to the opposing Male Adapter
on the Junction Box Mount that is supplying the compressed air and connect the other end
to the extend elbow on the Cylinder, as shown below.
13) On each of the DuoScrubbers®,
connect the 3’ gray airline to the opposing Male Adapter on
the Junction Box Mount for the retract airline and connect the other end to the retract elbow
on the Cylinder, as shown above.
Electrical Connections: Air Panel to Controller
1) Supply 110 VAC to the retract valve on air regulation panel from the carwash controller unit.
CAUTION
It is recommended that a licensed electrician is contracted to perform all electrical installations.
All utilities MUST be installed in accordance with all local and national codes.
