Water Connections: DuraFlo
™ Pumping Station to HP DuoScrubbers®
2) Insert a field supplied 3/4" tee fitting into the water feed line, shown below.
3) Measure the distance from the tee to the Feed Manifold on the driver side and passenger side
DuoScrubbers® HP.
4) Cut a 3/4
” 1-wire hydraulic hose, field supplied, for each DuoScrubber® HP, to the measured
lengths.
5) Connect the lines to the tee fitting and route a line to the driver side and passenger side
DuoScrubbers® HP, as shown below.
6)
Reduce the 3/4” water lines to
3/8” lines just before each of the
DuoScrubber® units.
7) Before connecting the lines to
the DuoScrubbers® turn on the
DuraFlo™ Pumping Station to
clean out any debris in the lines.
8) Connect the water lines to the
elbow adapter on the side of the
Feed
Manifold
on
each
DuoScrubber® HP, as shown in
the image to the right.
