Warranty

Behavioral Dynamics, Inc. warrants the MotivAider® (except battery) to be free of defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Subject to the
conditions below, we will promptly repair or replace (our option) any defective unit that was
purchased from us or one of our authorized resellers.

This warranty does not cover defects caused by unreasonable use or damage. The warranty is
void if repairs are attempted by anyone but our own service personnel. Except where state law
prohibits such exclusion, Behavioral Dynamics, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any special,
incidental or consequential damages.
