TYPICAL INSTALLATION
First make sure power is turned off!
1. Install direct burial housing (DBH).
2. Attach stainless steel mounting bracket to plastic housing with
a 3/4” self-tapping screw provided with installation kit.
3. Connect female connector from unit to male connector from junction box (24VDC cables).
4. Connect 120-277VAC supply as labeled on the wires leads to main AC power. Secure connection
using waterproof wire-nuts (provided) as indicated on the diagram. Route wires and secure them
in place. Insulate unused wire!
CAUTION! Failure to insulate unused wire may result in a shock
hazard or unsafe condition as well as equipment failure.
5. Position the unit on plastic housing tilting it forward matching bracket hook with slot on plastic
housing. Align mounting holes and fasten with a tamper proof screw (provided).
No user serviceable parts. Refer service to a qualified service
technician. Read instructions prior to installing and/or operating
this device. Installation should be performed by a licensed
electrician/installer in accordance with local codes.
