INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical equipment, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:

READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
2. Review the diagrams thoroughly before beginning.
3. All electrical connections must be in accordane with local codes, ordinances and the National Electric code.
4. Disconnect power before performing work on electrical equipment.
5. Do not use outdoors.
6. Do not let power cords touch hot surfaces and do not mount near gas or electric heaters.
7. Equipment should be mounted in locations and at heights where unauthorized personnel will not readily
subject it to tampering.
8. The use of accessory equipmen is
t not recommended by Beghelli USA , may cause an unsafe condition, and
will void the unit’s warranty.
9. Do not use this equipment for other than its intended purpose.
10. Servicing of this equipment should be performed by qualified service personnel.

INSTALLATION
CEILING MOUNTING:
1. Open the EXIT housing and diffuser with a screwdriver (figure 1).
Knockout back of mounting plate and push wires through the hole (figure 2).

Twist off the cap on one side of the fixture. Slide the panel into the fixture and restore the cap (figure 7).

WALL MOUNTING:
1. Rotate the exit sign board by 90 degree for wall mounting (figure 8).

Make the proper supply lead connections (figure 3). NOTE: If using 120VAC, connect the black and white leads to the building
utility. If using 277VAC, connect the orange and and white leads to the building utility.
Place the sleeves onto the panel (figure 4). Stick correct arrows on the panel (figure 5), and take off the sleeves. Insert
correct PVC sheet into the panel (figure 6).
