Mobility
You can easily move the cleaner around by the handle at the back. Never pull by the
cord, avoid sudden movement!
Cord Rewind
For more comfortable use and to prevent any damage to the cord, the vacuum cleaner is
equipped with a cord rewind mechanism. To protect the cord, gently hold it in one hand
and then press the handle on the top of the unit to activate the cord rewind system.
Maintenance
Routine maintenance is essential – never forget about it!
Always turn off and disconnect the unit from the power supply before
disassembling the main parts (tank, filters, tube, hose, etc.)!
Emptying the Tank, Cleaning the Central HEPA Filter
The tank should be emptied regularly! Do not forget checking the filters frequently; if a
filter is damaged or worn-out replace it as soon as possible!
1.)
Press the oval button on the top of the unit and then lift the tank;
2.)
You can open its cover by pressing the button down on the inner side of the tank;
3.)
Twist the main filter as the arrow shows, then lift it;
4.)
After emptying the tank, use a soft brush to gently clean the central filter; if it is
severely polluted, rinse it under mild running water; do not brush the filter when it
is wet; do not or use chemicals in any case;
5.)
Pay attention to the joints when putting the filter and the tank to their places!
Cleaning the Motor Filter
1.)
Press the oval button on the top of the unit; and then lift the tank;
2.)
Remove the motor filter, a round sponge located on the base unit, under the tank;
3.)
Use a soft brush to gently clean a mildly polluted filter; if the pollution is more
significant, rinse it under mild running water; do not brush the filter when it is wet;
do not or use chemicals in any case;
4.)
Before reinserting the filter, wait until it dries. It usually takes approximately one
day. Do not put it on any heating device or try to dry it directly!
The filter should be rinsed after about six months of average use or if a significant drop
in the output level can be sensed.
Cleaning the Output HEPA Filter
1.)
Press down the key on the plastic grid at the beck of the unit so that you can remove
the filter from behind it; it can be rinsed under mild running water;
2.)
Be outstandingly cautious when cleaning the air filter as the slightest damage can
result in the filter losing its function; to not use a brush or any chemicals;
3.)
Rinse both sides under hand warm running water;
4.)
Before reinserting the filter, let it dry for a day (do not dry it directly, do not put it
on a radiator);
