Shutdown
CAUTION
Risk of damage. Avoid physical contact between pipette tips and the optodes
(optical sensors) located at the bottom of each cultivation well.
Applying MTP Silicone Foils with the Foil Applicator XT
WARNING
Risk of contamination. All work, including the unpacking of foils, is to be carried
out in a sterile environment.
It is also highly recommended to have the Foil Applicator XT cleaned with 70%
ethanol or by autoclavation prior to use.
Running a Protocol
CAUTION
Risk of hand injuries. The closing mechanism of the incubation chamber includes
a self-propelled lid, which moves from right to left. Do not reach into the
incubation chamber during the closing process.
Shutdown
CAUTION
Risk of instrument damage. To avoid instrument damage, do not clean the axis
system if not contaminated and only move the axis system for cleaning when the
instrument is shut down. Only use 70% ethanol for cleaning. Avoid any contact
with solvents.

equipment is supplied directly at low voltage from public mains network. This equipment is not
intended for residential use.
