• If the number of poles of the roller motor is known, use this formula:

• Example:
Number of poles = 8
Transmission ratio = 12:1
→ "Mechanical to electrical ratio" = (8 / 2) x 12 = 48
• If the number of poles of the roller motor is not known:
Determine the "Mechanical to electrical ratio" experimentally [
