• After toasting, open the lock to remove your food with a
wooden or plastic spatula.
• After using, pull out the plug and open the upper lid let it
get cool.
• Caution
• Depending on the thickness of your food, takes approx.4-6
minutes
• The fi rst heating process should take place without any
foodstu ff s, let it heat for about ten minutes. There may be a
slight development of smoke or smell. This is normal and
harmless
• If too much food is inserted into the appliance and the
sandwich toaster cannot be closed, never close it with undue
force as this could damage the lock
• Never use sharp fork or knife to remove the food as this
would damage the non-stick coating of cooking surface. Use
heat-resistant wood or plastic utensils only.
• Always unplug the appliance from the power socket when

• Be aware that parts of the appliance become very hot during
operation. Make sure that the appliance is switched o ff , un-
plugged and wait for it to completely cool down before
cleaning or storage
• Wipe the cooking surface with a soft damp cloth every time
after use. If it is di ffi cult to remove residues, use a little oil
can soften its l
• Do not use any metal objects to touch the plates as they will
damage the non-stick coating.
