What to do if...?
Problem Remedy
Tubular drive/receiver is not re-
sponding. Insert new batteries into the hand-
held transmitter.
Insert batteries into the hand-held
transmitter correctly.
Reduce distance from receiver.
Program transmitter.
Check the receiver.
Required tubular drive/receiver is not
responding. Select correct channel.
LED ring flashes yellow or red 4
times. Insert new batteries into the trans-
mitter.
The LED ring lights up red when the
receiver for the setting mode is se-
lected. Reduce distance from receiver.
Check electr. connection of the re-
ceiver.
Put the receiver into programming
mode.
Add the transmitter to the installa-
tion.
Automatic drive commands are not
executed. Check whether automatic mode is
active.
System does not extend in automatic
mode. Adjust sun threshold value.
Wait for the wind to die down.
System does not extend in automatic
or manual mode. Wind threshold value exceeded. Wait
for the wind to die down.
