Unscrew plastic guides and remove locating pins
from both end panels.
Remove one upper mattress base bolt.
Remove lower support panel bolt from the same
end.
Remove filler bolts and nuts from the edge of the
end panels.
Insert the mattress retainer dowel into the end
panel.
Secure with 1 x 35mm bolt.
With the opposite end, move the end panel
outwards to allow the mattress retainer dowel to
locate in the end panel.
Secure with 1 x 35mm bolt.
Replace the upper mattress base bolt and tighten.
Turn cot back on to its feet.
Check all bolts and cam locks for firmness.

The cot bed is now ready for use.
