Assemblage de la tr ousse d’ acces soires
REMARQUE :
Les r oues ne sont pas conçues pour êtr e utilisées sur
une rout e.
1. Installa tion des roues
• F aites glis ser l’es sieu à trav ers les
supports du châssis.
• Insér ez le mo yeu, la r oue et la
rondelle pla te, puis insér ez la
goupille fendue par le tr ou de
l’es sieu de roue .
• R epliez les c ôtés de la goupille
fendue v ers l’ext érieur pour
bloquer la goupille en place.
2.
Installa tion des pare-chocs des
roues
• Insér ez une vis M6 à tr avers le
pare-chocs en caout chouc, puis
insérez un boulon M8 à tr avers
la partie inférieur e du support
du pare-chocs. Fix ez le boulon à
l’aide d’un écr ou à embase M8.
• Ins tallez un boulon M8 à tr avers
le châssis du génér ateur et à
trav ers la partie supérieure du
support du pare-chocs. Fix ez
le boulon à l’aide d’un écr ou à
embase M8.

Installa tion de l’ensemble de
la poignée.
• Insér ez le support de la poignée
sur le châssis du génér ateur ,
puis fixez-le a vec deux
boulons M8 et deux écrous à embase M8.
• Aligne z les trous de l’ ensemble de la poignée avec les tr ous du
support de la poignée, puis fix ez-le a vec un boulon M8 et un écr ou à
embase M8.

2.1 UNPACKING
•Set the ca rton on a rigid, flat surface.
•Remove everything from carton except
genera tor.
•Open carton completely by cu tting e ach comer
from top to bottom.
•Le ave ge ner ato r on carton to install wheel kit .

The gene rator req uires some assembl y prior to
using it.
2.2.1 ASSEMBLING THE ACCESSORY
KIT
The wheels are d esi gne d to greatly
improve the portability of the generator.
& NOTE
The wh eels are Not intended for
over-the-road use.
1.Refer to Figures to install wheels as shown.
•Slide the axle through the frame brackets.
•Slide on the hub,wheel and flat washer,then insert
the cotter pin through the wheel axle hole.
•Bend the cotter pin tabs outward to lock the pin in
place.
2.The whe el bumpers as shown.
•Insert an M6 bolt through the rubber bumper and
insert an M8 bolt through the bottom of the
bumper bracket. Secure the bolt with an M8
flange nut.
•Install an M8 bolt though the generator frame and
though top of the bumper bracket. Secure the bolt
with an M8 flange nut.

3.Refer to fol lowing Figure to install the ha ndle
assembly as shown.
•Insert the handle bra cke t onto the ge nerat or frame
and secure with two M8 bolts and two M8 flange
nuts.
•Align the handle assembly holes with the handle
bracket holes and secure with one M8 bolt and one
M8 flange nut
