7.6 TIPS FOR CORRECT DRIVING
FORWARD RIDING:
Shift your weight forward.
RIDING BACKWARD:
Shift your weight backward.
RIGHT RIDE:
Shift your left foot forward.
RIDING LEFT:
Shift your right foot forward.
Before you get off the Balance Board, bring it to a complete
stop. Always descend to the rear. Quickly remove one foot
from the balance board and make sure it is firmly planted on
the floor. Do not shift your weight to the foot that is still on the
balance board as you may lose control. Then you can take
the second foot off the balance board.
Avoid collisions of any kind to prevent falls and injuries.
Adjust the speed to your riding ability. The initial speed
should be max. between 3-5km/h. If it cannot be avoided and
you have to drive over an obstacle, bend your knees when
driving over it so that you do not lose your balance in the
run-off zone.

7.3 GOING UP
It is recommended that you take your first ride with a second
person who can assist you with balancing.
You should also ensure that there is plenty of space and that
there are no obstacles in the way.
When riding, wear comfortable casual or athletic clothing and
sturdy, closed-toe shoes with flat heels, as well as a hard hat
and protectors on your knees and elbows.
Place the Balance Board on a straight and level floor, making
sure that the LED lights are facing forward.
Press the ON/OFF button on the back, both battery indicators
will now light up green.
Stand behind the balance board and ask your helper to stand
in front of it.
First, step onto the surface with your strong foot and adjust
the balance board so that you can easily step onto it with
your other foot.
As soon as you place a foot on the stand surface, the respec-
tive LED light illuminates.
Make sure your feet are positioned correctly right when you
climb on and avoid climbing unevenly on the balance board,
as it can cause you to lose control and increase the risk of
injury.
Please read the following instructions carefully before using the Balance Board:
