SETTING UP
WARNING
Use extreme caution unpacking this machine. Some components are very heavy and will require
additional people or mechanical handling equipment.
NOTE:
All references in this manual to the left or right side and front or back of the log splitter are from the
operating position only. Exceptions, if any, will be specified.
Step 1
: Attached Tow Bar to the Oil Tank
1. Fix the tow bar (#65) to the oil tank(#51) by using 4 sets of hex bolt M12x40 (#54), flat washer Ø12 (#33)
and nylon lock nut M12 (#55).
2. Attach suction hose (#104) to the oil tank, and secure by hose clamp (#103).

Step 2:
Wheel Assembly
1. Fix the wheel (#77) to the oil tank (#51) axle by a flat washer Ø20 (#58), slotted nut M20 (#74), cotter pin
Ø4x46 (#7) and attach the axle cap (#75).
2. Use a black plastic bushing to fix the axle cap (#75) like below picture. Please cover the black bushing
onto the axle cap, and use rubber/wooden hammer knocking the end of the plastic bushing and make the
axle cap fixed on wheel.
