Align dowels and bolt hole on the 

(C4) Rungs

 with 

the dowel holes and bolt on the 

(C3) Divider Rail

.

Push the 

(C4) Rung

 until it is tight into the  

(C3) Divider Rail

.

NOTE: It may be necessary to use the (H6) Utility Block 
and a hammer to tap the rung until it is tight against 
the rail.
