Place the base weights over the crossbar assembly, place the part N weights closest to the part
D rotator base and the part M weights on the outside.
Slide the part F rotator plate over the part C adapter.
NOTE:
Make sure the pedal can articulate through the plate opening
Fill the part M & N base weights with your choice
of sand or water. (DO NOT MIX sand with water)
