Attach part 8 handle coupler and part E handle to part D yoke using a part 4 bolt, part 5 nut, and
part 9 washer.
NOTE: Firmly tighten the hardware at the end of this step
Insert four part F wheels into part J front axle and part B rear axle frame using a part 2 washer and part 6
nut for each wheel. Use the air pump to inflate the wheels to a maximum of 25 PSI.
NOTE: Use pliers to bend the pin and lock the wheel in place.
