Step 16 (Heat shield, cooking grid and
warming rack assembly)
a) Place the heat shield (R) onto the heat
shield support.
b) Place the cooking grids (Q) upon the
heat shield.
c) Place the warming rack (P) on the
warming rack support on the side
walls of the firebox as shown.
d) Close the top lid.
Step 17 (Tank connection)
a) Open the cart doors.
b) Place the gas tank on the tank holder
and clip it using the tank clip (BBB).
c) Connect
the
tank with regulator by
screwing the regulator collar onto the
tank valve. (See diagram to left)
d) Conduct
the leak test on page 14 to
make certain all connections are
connected securely.
Step 15 (Side burner grease cup assembly)
Hang the side burner grease cup (E) on to the hook
under the left side shelf (see the right diagram)
