Assembly Instructions
Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are present before attempting assembly. Once the
grill is fully assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are secure. Tighten again using the screwdriver
provided if necessary.
Estimated Assembly Time: 40 minutes.
Step 1 (Assemble the back beam with cart assembly)
a)
Align the holes on the left side of back beam (2) with
the holes on the upper left back side of cart assembly
(1).
b)
Insert one M6 x 50mm bolt (B), one M6 spring washer
(D) and one M6 washer (E) into each pre-drilled hole.
c)
Repeat the procedure with the right side of back
beam and upper right back side of cart assembly.
d)
Go back and tighten all the bolts using the
screwdriver provided.
Step 3 (Assemble the spare tank stopper with cart
assembly)
a) Align the holes on the left side of spare tank stopper (19)
with the holes on the left cart panel.
.b) Insert one M6 x 15mm bolt (C), one M6 spring washer
(D) and one M6 washer (E) into each pre-drilled hole.
c) Align the holes on the bottom side of spare tank
stopper (19) with the holes on the cart bottom panel.
d) Insert one M6 x 15mm bolt (C), one M6 spring washer
(D) and one M6 washer (E) into each pre-drilled hole.
e) Go back to tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver
provided.
Step 2 (Assemble the back panel with cart assembly)
a) Align the holes on the upper right side of back panel (3)
with the holes on the upper right back side of cart
assembly.
b) Insert one M6 x 15mm bolt (C), one M6 spring washer
(D) and one M6 washer (E) into the pre-drilled hole.
c) Repeat the procedure with the hole on lower right side,
upper left side and lower left side of back panel with cart
assembly.
d) Go back and tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver
provided.
