THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE METER 
AND MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES 
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION 
OF LAW) INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-
ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY 
EXCLUDED, UNLESS PROHIBITED BY LAW, AND IS THE 
ONLY WARRANTY GIVEN BY BAYER.

Limitations of Liability:

 IN NO EVENT SHALL BAYER BE 

LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL 
DAMAGES, EVEN IF BAYER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
