Installing the Model 8000 Remote Access Concentrator

Attaching the Device to the Rack

To attach the device to the rack:

Position the unit horizontally, facing forward in the rack.

Align the holes in the mounting brackets with the holes in
the rack.

Insert the four #10 rackmount screws (with washers) and
tighten the screws to attach the front of the RAC to the rack
(see

Figure 2-3
