Maintenance
Removing and cleaning the grease filter
o
Lift up the cover that
sits over the grease
filter (as shown in the
line drawing above).
o
Remove the grease filter by
pulling down on the handle and
pulling it away from the cooker
hood.
o
Soak the grease filter in hot water and washing up liquid for at
least 5 minutes (or longer if the grease build up is severe).
o
Rinse it off thoroughly with hot water.
o
Repeat the process if required.
o
Refit the grease filter once it has
dried.
