Problem

The red led flashes
Check the lid is closed properly.
Check no fresh food has been placed in the freezer recently.
Check fresh food is positioned correctly (see “Freezing food”).
Check the appliance is not positioned near a heat source.
Check the air vent and condenser are clean.
The acoustic alarm activates
See chapter “Appliance operation guide”, section “Alarms”.
The display is switched off,
the inside light and
compressor are not working
(product warm)
Check there is no power cut.
Check the power plug is properly inserted into the mains socket.
Unplug the product, then check there is no damage to the power
cable.
The display is switched off,
the inside light is working and
the compressor runs
continuously
Contact After-Sales Service.
When a button is pressed, the
corresponding function is not
activated
Check the control panel has not been locked (the yellow control
panel locked led (7) should be switched off).
The appliance is excessively
noisy
Check the appliance is properly level.
Check the appliance is installed properly (see “Installation”).
The compressor runs
continuously
Check whether the fast freeze function has been selected.
Check whether fresh food has been placed in the freezer recently.
Check the lid is closed properly and that it has not been left open
for a lengthy period of time.
Check the product is properly installed and is not positioned next
to heat sources (see “Installation”).
Too much ice forms on the
upper edge
Check the defrost water drain plugs are correctly positioned.
Check the lid is closed properly and that it has not been left open
for a lengthy period of time.
Check the lid seal is not damaged or deformed.
Check the 4 lid protection pieces have been removed (see
“Installation”).
Condensation forms on the
external walls of the freezer
It is normal for condensation to form under certain atmospheric
conditions (humidity above 85%) or if the appliance is located in a
damp or poorly ventilated room. However, this in no way affects
the performance of the freezer.
The layer of ice on the
internal walls of the freezer is
not uniform
This phenomenon is quite normal.
