Applications

Fitting nozzle in the heat element tube

6. Wear a dust mask or a respirator with dual filter (dust and smoke). These masks and

replaceable filters are available in stores or hardware stores. Make sure that the mask

fits and there is no leak that could affect your health. The beard and facial hair do not

allow the masks to be properly sealed. Change filters frequently. DISPOSABLE PAPER

MASKS ARE NOT SUITABLE because they are not airtight and the operator is exposed

to fumes that can hazardous for health.

7. Be cautious when operating the hot air gun, as excessive heat will generate fumes

that can be inhaled by the operator.

8. Keep food and drinks out of the work area. Wash your hands, arms, face and rinse

your mouth before eating or drinking. Do not smoke, chew gum or tobacco in the work

area.

9. Wipe all paint and dust removed with a mop, soaking the floors. Use a damp cloth to

clean all walls, floors, and other surfaces with adhered paint or dust. DO NOT SWEEP,

DRY OR VACCUUM. Use a detergent with a high content of phosphate or trisodium

phosphate (TSP) to wash and mop the areas where work has been performed.

10. At the end of each work session, put the paint peelings and residue in a double

plastic bag, close it with tape or tie it from the tips and dispose of it properly.

11. Take your protective clothing and work shoes off in the work area so that you do not

carry dust to the rest of the house. Wash work clothes separately. Wipe the shoes with

a wet cloth and then wash them along with the work clothes. Wash your hair and body

thoroughly with soap and water.

If safety rules are observed and original accessories are used, this hot air tool may be
