SoundMax
Sounbar is not
Operating Properly
If the status indicator is not lit and no sound is produced
when the unit is plugged in, check to ensure that the power
cord is properly seated.
Check to ensure there are no obstacles that will impede
wireless operation.
Check your network connections.
The SoundMax Soundbar player may need to be restarted.
Disconnect the power cord for 30 seconds, and then
reconnect. Wait for the SoundMax speakers to restart.
Connection Issues
If you have any interference with your Wi-Fi network you
should connect your NAS drive that contains your music
library to your home network router using an Ethernet cable.
I Have a New
Router
Follow the instructions under the “Connect your SoundMax
device to your home network” section.
I want to Change
my Wireless
Network Password
Follow the instruction under the “Connect your SoundMax
device to your home Network” section.
TV remote control
does not change
the volume on
soundbar.
Check if HDMI-CEC and ARC settings on your TV are ON. if
not turn them on.
Check if the soundbar is connected to HDMI with ARC port
on the TV.
