3.10 Engine Electronic Controlling System
3.10.1 Harness overview
Engine harness is used to connect various sensors (camshaft
sensor, temp. sensor, etc.) and actuators (ignition coil, throttle, etc.)
on the engine. Engine harness has been installed on the engine
before selling, and integration interface is reserved for customer
connection to controller harness.
Controller harness is used to supply power to ECU and realize the
run/stop function, idle to rated conversion control and other
functions.
3.10.2 ECU wire connection
ECU power supply
ECU pin No.: 68 (positive), 69&70 (negative)
Functional description: ECU main power supply (24V DC)
The red wire marked POWER+ is connected to the
"". The black wire marked with POWER- is
connected to the "battery-". The wire diameter is 2.5mm.
"key switch" wire (T15)
ECU pin No.: 38. Connect the wire with the "" via a
key switch.
Functional description:
The ignition status is controlled by this switch.
Any interference on this switch from other electrical
devices should be avoided.
The ignition key wire has a wire diameter of 0.75mm.
When the T15 switch is off to stop engine, the main switch
of the battery should be maintained for at least 2 minutes to
write running data to ECU memory.
"run/stop switch" wire
Pin No.:25(signal), 32(ground). Install a switch with the two
wires.
Functional description: This switch controls the gas
shut off valve status.
The two wires are labeled "RUN/STOP SWITCH", and
the wire diameter is 0.75 mm.
