3. Raise the underside cover to the mating BRBAC section. Install the 3/8” carriage bolt and
serrated flange to the mounting holes at the bottom of the side frame of the BRBAC section.
Figure 21 illustrates the orientation of this operation. The torque requirement for the
3/8”
carriage bolt and serrated flange nut is 31 ft-lbs.

4. If turnbuckles are required for the conveyor section, install the underside cover without
tightening the fasteners and then install the turnbuckles. After installing the turnbuckles and
adjusting to the straightness of the frame, torque down the fasteners for the underside covers.
