Operation
Please always observe the information given in chapter “Notes on installation”.
• Lay out the LED rope light at the location of your choice. Use cable ties, for example, to fix
it into place.
• Plug the safety power plug of the LED rope light into an appropriate safety socket outlet.
If the LED rope light is used outdoors, the LED rope light may only be connected to an IP44
power socket.
• Immediately after the LED rope light is connected to the mains, the LEDs will light up.
• If you do not use the product any longer, disconnect the power plug from the power socket.
• Keep the LED rope light in a dry, clean, frost-protected place, and out of the reach of children.
Maintenance and cleaning
• The product does not require any maintenance and should never be disassembled for any
reason.
• Before cleaning the product, disconnect the mains voltage; unplug the power plug from the
power socket.
• For cleaning, a dry, clean, soft cloth is sufficient. Do not use aggressive cleansers, as this
may cause discolouration or may have a negative impact on the material of the LED rope
light.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the
household waste.
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant
statutory regulations.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the
environment.
