4.2 Functions of the Appliance
With the 'invisible' induction warming system, the worktop can be used either as a
warming area or a work surface. Installed under a worktop, the impressive
technology allows the Chafing Dish food-warmer to be heated up to 100°C while the
worktop temperature reaches a maximum of 35°C.
