•  The left-hand side front and rear hobs may be used independently or 

concurrently, but the 2,000 W power is divided between them. 

 

Possible Settings for Concurrent Usage of the Left-Hand Side Hobs

•  If you want to use the left-hand side front hob, you may use the output level 

settings in the range of

–10

•  If you want to use the left-hand side rear hob, you may use the output level 

settings in the range of

•  If you want to use the left-hand side front and rear hobs concurrently, both of 

them are by default set to the output level of 

5

•  If the output level for the left-hand side front hob is set to a value higher than 

5

the output level of the left-hand side rear hob is reduced automatically, so that the 
sum of both output levels is 10. The respective output levels are shown on digital 
displays of the hobs. 

•  If the output level for the left-hand side front hob is set to a value lower than 

5

you may use the highest output level of the left-hand side rear hob, that is 

5

 

 

Appliance Start-up 

1.  Connect the appliance to a single grounded socket. 

The acoustic signal sounds.  

The digital displays of respective hobs will show '-L-' or '-H-'. 

When the temperature of the hob is lower than 50°C, the '-L-' is shown; when the 
temperature of the hob is higher than 50 °C, the '-H-' is shown. 

The appliance is now in STANDBY. 
 
2.  Press the ON/OFF button. 

The STANDBY mode LED indicator light located over the ON/OFF button blinks. 

NOTE: Unless within 30 seconds following pressing the ON/STANDBY 
button new settings are introduced, the appliance automatically returns to 
the STANDBY mode. 

 
The '-L-' or '-H-' message shown for a given hob go off.
