Turn on thermometer, insert into food product and read the temperature as
measured.
Wash thermometer by hand. Do not submerge the button. Remove tough
grease stains with a brush or delicate steel wool.
ATTENTION:
do not leave the thermometer in the food product while cooking.
Do not subject the thermometer to extreme differences in temperature.
The H/T
button
is for saving temperature measurements. The temperature
will be saved in the thermometer by pressing and holding the button.
By quickly pressing and releasing the button the saved value will be displayed
on the thermometer.
