8.  Clean the baking sheets with a paper towel or damp cloth. To remove stubborn 

roasting leftovers, pour a little oil onto the sheet and leave it to soak for 5

–10 

minutes. Wipe the sheet with a damp cloth or paper towel.  

9.  Rinse the sheet with clean water. 

10. Dry all the cleaned parts and surfaces completely with a soft cloth.
