Turn the temperature dial clockwise to the highest level and heat up the water for

a short time. Next, remove the unit’s plug from its socket and wait for the unit to
cool. After cooling, remove the glass cylinder and empty the water tray.

 WARNING! Hot surface!

When in use, some of the unit’s elements get very hot. Never touch them with
bare hands.

To remove individual elements – glass cylinder, wire mesh basket, dividing net,
perforated bottom plate.

Heating sausages

Replace the water tray and fill it with cold drinking water to approx. ¾ capacity.

Place the perforated bottom plate on the tray.

 ATTENTION!

Regularly monitor the level of water. Never use the unit without water!

Place the glass cylinder on the water tray and place the wire mesh basket inside.

Fix the dividing net inside the wire mesh basket.

Place sausages inside the wire mesh basket.

Place the lid on the glass cylinder.

Turn the temperature dial clockwise to the highest power level to heat the water.

The green heating control light will come on during heating, and will go off when the
set temperature has been reached.

After a short moment, turn the temperature dial counter-clockwise to the desired

temperature. Attention! If the temperature is reduced too late, the heat accumulated
in the heating plate may cause the water to boil for longer.

After the desired temperature has been reached, sausages can be kept warm.

Remove hot sausages from the wire mesh basket as needed.

 WARNING! Risk of burns

Exercise caution when removing the lid from the glass cylinder. Only touch the
handle. After removing the lid from the glass cylinder, steam may be released and
cause burns to the hands and forearms. To prevent burns, wear safety gloves!
