User instructions

Using the refrigerated counter should begin only when the display shows the

desired temperature value.

Foodstuffs for release should be placed in appropriate GN containers , which is

set in the refrigerated counter in chambers with doors, drawers or the
superstructure.

During the first filling or assembly, the refrigerated counter is always open and

only one chamber is filled to prevent the device tipping.

Do not put hot foods or liquids in the refrigerated counter. First, they must be

cooled to room temperature.

  Always cover or pack foodstuffs.

When using the refrigerated counter it is necessary to remember that between

the inner walls of the device and foodstuffs contained within, sufficient space
should be provided to allow air to circulate freely inside the device.

The more objects there are in the refrigerated counter, the longer the door /

tray is open, the higher the energy consumption is.

In order to limit losses in the cooling process, the shutter doors / trays and

cover raiser should be as short as possible. In addition, the doors / trays and
cover should not be opened too often.

In order to prevent the formation of unpleasant odors inside the refrigerated

counter, follow the recommended limits for the storage of food and clean the
device regularly. In the event of a power failure, the doors, trays and cover
raiser should remain sealed to prevent loss of cooled air.

6. Cleaning and maintenance

 CAUTION!

Before cleaning, disconnect the device from the power supply (pull the
plug out of the socket!).
The device is not suited for direct washing with water jets. Therefore, you
must not use any kind of pressure water jet for cleaning the device!

Make sure no water gets into the device.

o

The device should be cleaned regularly to avoid hygiene problems and malfunctions.

o

Before cleaning, remove the food from the device and put them in the refrigerator so

as to avoid deterioration.
