Emptying Grease Collection Channel
1. Empty the grease collection channel daily.
2. Open the drain tap and drain entire fat/condensate into a suitable container.
3. Close the drain tap.

Maintenance
ATTENTION!
All maintenance works with the appliance must be performed by
qualified personnel only.
To keep the appliance operational, it must be subject to maintenance at least twice
a year. The maintenance includes:
– verification of the condition of wear-and-tear elements;
– verification of connections;
– verification of appliance operation.
During maintenance, worn elements should be replaced to avoid subsequent
service works and sudden failures of the appliance.
Additionally, we recommend signing an agreement for performance of maintenance
works with a trusted and proven service company.
