Setting desired values (temperature)
To adjust the desired values:

Defrost
Automatic defrost
The unit automatically defrosts 6 times per 24 hours. The internal clock is activated the
first time the unit is turned on.
To reset the automatic defrost cycle, press and hold
for over 6 seconds. The display
will show the symbol

The unit will begin an automatic defrost cycle, and the next one
will begin after 4 hours. During defrost, the display will show the symbol
Manual defrost
Manual defrost can additionally be activated at any time. Press
for over 6 seconds.
Manual defrost will begin. The display will show the symbol

NOTE!
To set or change other parameters, information can be found in the attached de-
scription of temperature control, or service personnel can be hired to perform
such changed.

Water is removed automatically as it flows through a depression in the bottom of the
unit to a water tray, where the gathered water is converted into steam.
Tips for the user
•
The ventilated refrigerated counter can be filled when the desire temperature
appears on the display.
•
Fill appropriate GN containers with prepared dishes and place them inside the
refrigerated counter or in the display.
•
Wait a moment before opening shelves that have just been closed.
